Let’s Celebrate: I’m #1 in Space Operas

I love the “Space Opera” sub-genre of science fiction. Star Wars (the originals, especially the Thrawn Trilogy), Ender’s Game, and Old Man’s War – they’re amazing. I recommend them all.

So, today is a big day for me. I hit #1 in “Space Opera” for USA and Canada in the kindle store with my novel, STAR MARQUE RISING.

One check mark for the author bucket list.

I’m just… so excited. No. Beyond excited. My gut is so twisted I may curl in on myself, collapse, and then implode. I’m even #1 in other sci-fi categories and it’s still sinking in how amazing this is.

Hard science fiction is an amazing category.

THANK YOU TO EVERYONE WHO PURCHASED STAR MARQUE RISING! You have made my day, my month, my year. It’s amazing and wonderful and I’ll never find this high again—nothing ever compares to your first.
